Using a 35# Barbell: 70 Back Squats 20 pullups 70 Front Squats 20 pullups 70 Overhead Squats 30 pullups  (The wod was prescribed at 30 but I only did the last interval) Finished around 24 minutes. My lats/serratus anterior muscles are super sore from the snatches yesterday.  But this wod felt good.  I still need to work on my kipping pullups.

Thursday: Warmup 100 burpees - I finished around 9 minutes Wod: 10 rounds for time 30 second handstand hold 10 dumbbell snatches right 10 dumbbell snatches left 15# DB.  finished 21:40 woohoo! felt awesome.

I jumped in after teaching yoga. “Grace” 30 C&J for time.  Prescribed weight was #85 for ladies.  I did #50 in 4 min.  Will add more weight next time. 12min AMRAP or 20 KB swings/10 DB thrusters/5 Vups  Using 1 pood/15# DB = 5 + 8 swings. Americano and a lovely time with Wendy PWO.

Kettlebell WOD: 50-40-30-20-10 Swing Catch Squat 5 press Left + 5 press Right in between each set. Took me about 18 minutes using a 12kg KB.  I’m hurting but in a good way.  Going to sleep for 9 hours tonight.
