9am coffee 2pm salad with some chicken/turkey taught yoga.. 7pm apple 8pm pork chop, chicken, sauteed broccoli, green beans and mushrooms, 10pm bit of chocolate, an almond cookie, some pistachios and tea. I inhaled my dinner. I need a chew police.
